Our fully equipped, state-of-the-art facilities in Brisbane are designed to handle a vast range of projects, from intricate components to oversized industrial structures. Our capabilities include:
- Advanced Abrasive Blasting: Essential for achieving professional, lasting powder coating results, our abrasive blasting services (also known as grit or sandblasting) ensure metal surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and free from corrosion and contaminants. We offer a range of capabilities from gentle Class 1 etching to heavy-duty Class 3 preparation, utilizing controlled Garnet media to protect the underlying product. Our large blast room in South East Queensland enables us to accommodate substantial projects.
- Specialized Chromating Pre-treatment: For aluminum, our unique 4-stage chromate conversion process acts as a superior corrosion inhibitor and primer. Conducted in our huge chromating tanks and meticulously monitored to meet strict Australian Standards, this pre-treatment ensures optimal adhesion and longevity for powder coatings. We also boast a 6m x 3m Oversize Pre-treatment area specifically for large aluminum products like toolboxes, gates, and canopies.
- Superior Powder Coating: Leveraging the latest powder coating technology and equipment, we deliver durable, hard finishes for both steel and aluminum. Our extensive colour palette includes standard, metallic, pearl, and textured finishes, along with specialized options like anti-graffiti. We also offer specialty coatings such as EZigal (with a 10-year guarantee for high UV/salt areas), FBE Coating, and High Temperature Coatings designed to withstand up to 650 degrees Celsius for demanding applications like exhaust systems.
